Membership
A selective community of reputable home-service companies
Membership is not a subscription to a meeting. It is entry into a working ecosystem with standards, expectations, and real resources behind it.
Who it’s for
Owners and decision-makers of residential home-service companies serving a defined local community — plus invited strategic partners who support them.
What members receive
Relationships, business coaching, leadership development, education, operational systems training, marketing resources, CRM and automation, community branding, and strategic partnerships.
What TPC expects
Show up, communicate, serve customers well, refer only work you would stand behind, support other members, and represent the network with integrity.
Every member is vetted. Reputation, online reviews, licensing where applicable, customer experience, and community involvement are all reviewed before acceptance — and one vetted company holds each service category. Applying does not obligate you to join, and it is not a purchase. It is a request to be considered.
The member growth system
Eight areas, one environment.
Relationships
Build genuine connections with complementary home-service businesses instead of trading business cards.
Coaching
Accountability and practical guidance focused on growing your company, not just filling a seat.
Marketing
Community branding, co-marketing, social exposure, email resources, SEO support, and hyper-local campaigns.
Technology
CRM and marketing automation resources to organize relationships and tighten follow-up.
Leadership
Grow as a business owner, employer, family leader, and community influence.
Operations
Education and systems training that improve how the business actually runs.
Strategic Resources
Invited professionals who can support the business in the areas owners usually neglect.
Community Impact
Initiatives that strengthen local families and neighborhoods.
How referrals are expected to work
There are no quotas. There is a standard.
- Refer only work you would put your own name behind
- Understand a member’s capacity and service area before sending a job
- Communicate directly with the member when you refer
- Follow up — a referral is not finished when the number is passed
- Tell TPC when an experience does not meet the standard
How members participate
Membership works when owners show up as participants, not spectators.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings in your community
- Take part in coaching and education sessions
- Join community events, sponsorships, and service projects
- Use the marketing and technology resources provided
- Support other members’ growth, not just your own
