  • Fill seats from many unrelated industries

  • Track attendance and referral counts
  • Offer limited business resources
  • Build relationships inside a chapter

What TPC is built to do

  • Make home-service companies measurably stronger

  • Coach owners and hold them accountable to growth
  • Provide CRM, automation, SEO, and marketing infrastructure
  • Build a recognizable presence in a specific community

Referrals are an outcome, not the product

Every referral you send carries your name into somebody’s home. Members earn that trust before they trade work — by understanding each other’s standards, capacity, service areas, and how each company handles a job that goes sideways.

Relationships and community first. Referrals follow trust.

Relationship first

Members spend real time understanding the companies they recommend before a customer need ever comes up.

Quality gated

A minimum 4.5-star reputation, valid licensing where applicable, and a documented history of customer satisfaction.

Community anchored

Organized around neighborhoods and master-planned communities, not broad regional territories.

The five things TPC will not compromise on

Faith Based

Christian values shape how members lead, serve, and conduct business.

Patriot Culture

Personal responsibility, service, family, freedom, and love of country.

Community Focused

Organized around real neighborhoods, not broad regional territories.

Hyper-Local

Members build visibility where they live, work, and serve.

Quality Driven

Reputable companies, strong reviews, proper licensing, dependable service.

Common questions from skeptical owners

Is this just another networking group?

No. Networking groups organize around referral exchange and attendance. TPC organizes around business growth inside a specific community — coaching, marketing infrastructure, technology, leadership development, and operational training, with relationships as the foundation rather than the transaction.

Do I have to give a certain number of referrals?

There are no referral quotas or tracking requirements. Members refer work when they genuinely trust the company they are recommending. Forced referral counts produce bad referrals, and bad referrals damage everyone’s reputation.

How often do members meet?

Bi-weekly, not weekly. Meetings are held in the community your business serves, and family-friendly and community events are part of the culture rather than an add-on.

What if my category is already taken?

One vetted company holds each business-service category across the network. If yours is filled, we will tell you plainly and let you know if a community opens. We do not publish availability we cannot verify.
